I like Burger Project because I love the concept of customizing/designing your burger the way you like it. You don’t need to pay for an ingredient that you will take off or pay the same price of a certain burger but requesting not to put onions or pickles etc.
You will just pay the ingredients that you want in your burger.
Expect to spend about P125-300 for a designer burger, fries and a drink, and it will arrive exactly as you want it.
I love how you can create your own burger concoction but a word of warning—— going crazy and putting “everything” on it would make one helluva expensive burger.
“Pre-designed” burgers are there if you can’t decide what you like.
I call my latest creation The Hilarious Burger. It’s Hilarious because aside from having the ONLY ingredients I want, My name is Aj Hilario and I am HILARIOUS. Lol
Anyway, my Hilarious Burger is consisted of 100% Angus Beef, Chili con carne, tomato, lettuce, pickles, mozzarella cheese, special BRGR sauce in a sesame bun.
It’s delicious because the sesame bun is generous and fried on the inside, a nice touch. The beef patty is thick and very flavorful but as I expected, Angus beef has the warm effect in our body and to make the warm feeling go away I devour my burger with Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake from A Taste of Heaven Milkshake Hub in Maginhawa Street also since we had our milkshake to go before we went to the Burger Project.
The milkshake completed my burger meal with fries. Their fries are large cut and cooked till crisp but the fries need a little seasoning.
I plan to go back for their milkshakes and the chicken burger - and I’ll ask them if they can cook my beef burger medium next time.
Oh well, the place itself is usually filled with UP and Ateneo students. It has a laidback vibe to it. Maybe because people tend to lounge around after wolfing down massive burgers. It’s a burger experience that you wouldn’t want to miss.
